Holo employees may need to collaborate with you on documents stored in Holo’s Google Workspace. To access these files your work e-mail needs to be registered as a Google Account.

This does not mean that you have to register a Gmail address! Instead go to https://accounts.google.com/SignUpWithoutGmail and register with your work e-mail. You will receive an e-mail confirmation on your work e-mail.

Holo does not give access using people’s private Gmail addresses, as this would allow people to access Holo’s files even after they leave the company working with Holo.
